According to old Anglo-Saxon traditions Monday is ruled by the Moon. This makes it the perfect day for working on the following: emotional healing, intuition, psychic abilities, protection, and dream work.

Perform an emotional healing spell to work towards creating emotional balance and inner peace.

If you are interested in developing your mediumship skills, Monday is the perfect day to work on it. Trance, psychic development, scrying, and breaking in a new cartomancy deck are just a few of the ways you could use practice and develop these skills.

Dreamwork is perfect for Mondays as well. Many of us do not always remember our dreams. To help with this, you can set intentions to remember your dreams. Put your journal next to the bed so that you can record your dream as soon as you wake. (If you are like me, by the time you go pee, it will start slipping away.) Then, use your own intuition to interpret your dreams.

Monday is also a great day for cleansing. Clean your altar space and cleanse your crystals or tools. The moon's energy can recharge your tools or crystals.

Monday is a great time to do spells concerning domestic matters, fertility, childbirth, and feminine cycles. It is also a good day for gardening, prosperity, and manifestation.

It is the perfect day for practicing Shamanic Journeying.

Monday is a day of mystery and change, like the tides and the flowing water.

Cleansing Meditation

White is also associated with pure light, clear energies, and fertility magic. White candles act as neutral candles and can replace other candles when you don’t have them. The frequency of white brings together the entire light spectrum of all colors.

Cast a circle and light a white candle. Sit and meditate on it, allowing the pure light of the white candle to purify your body, mind, heart, and spirit.

If you have any tools, you feel need to be cleansed you can use this candle to cleanse them as well.

You can save this candle and use it each Monday until it is gone.

Selenite Activation

Selenite is a crystal that does not need to be cleansed and is very grounding. You can charge it with the intention to assist you in your life and/or spellwork. You can also use it to cleanse your other crystals.

How to use Selenite:

• Carrying a piece of selenite can help clear your mind of negative thoughts. Selenite balances and stabilizes emotions.

• Wear a piece of selenite jewelry to keep the healing, balancing energy near you during the day.

• Place a chunk of selenite or a selenite wand near where you spend most of your time.

Romance Attraction Spell

This spell will help boost your confidence and self-esteem which will make you feel and act more attractive.

Materials need:

• A sheet of paper

• A red pen or marker

• A white plate

• Ground Cinnamon

• Honey

• Half a glass of sugar

Start by writing your name on the piece of paper followed by your request. Something like this: “I want to be more attractive to all women/men/people.” Follow this with a list of your top 10-ish non-negotiable traits you are looking for in a partner.

Place the paper on top of the plate. Smear some honey on top of the paper (over what you wrote). Sprinkle cinnamon over the honey. Then spread the sugar over everything until you can no longer see what is written on the paper. Place this whole thing in a large zip-lock bag or container. Allow this to sit on your altar or under your bed for 24 hours.

You will begin to feel more confident in yourself. It will also improve the way people perceive you; mainly, the people you want will notice you and think you are irresistible!

Spell to Open the Third Eye

Fill a small silver bag with as many of the following herbs as you have on hand: Mugwort, acacia, honeysuckle, peppermint, rosemary, thyme, yarrow, cloves, dandelion, lavender, geranium, lilac, and jasmine.

Tie the bag shut and draw an eye on the bag with a violet marker.

Rub the bag on your forehead to activate your Third Eye. Repeat until you feel your Third eye open. (When my Third Eye first opened, I felt and heard it “POP” open.)

1. First Card = What needs to be cared for?

Chamomile Tea Spell

Ingredients:

• Chamomile Tea (tea bag or loose is fine)

• 1 white candle

• Teacup

• Water

Ground, Center, and get into a ritual mindset.

Place all the items on your altar or on the table where you will be doing this spell.

Begin heating the water.

Light the white candle.

That three deep breaths and start to relax. Keep breathing deeply.

Then the water is hot (chamomile is a delicate herb and you do not want the water at a full boil) add the chamomile tea to your cup and add the water.

Sit comfortably while your tea is steeping. Take 3 deep breaths and concentrate your energy on your Third Eye Chakra. Begin to feel the energy concentrate there.

Next, bring your focus to your Heart Chakra, and visualize your Heart Chakra opening as you continue to breathe deeply.

Say: I invoke the cleansing energy of Chamomile.”

Take a sip you your chamomile tea and feel peace as its high vibrations cleanse your system.

Say; “I wash away all negative energy within my physical body,

I wash away all negative energy from my mental body,

I wash away all negative energy from my emotional body.

I wash away all negative energy from my spiritual body. “

Take a sip of your tea with each line.

Allow yourself to bask in the flow of this energy. Let all sensations flow freely. Take note of any thoughts or emotions that come up. Trust that in this moment they are being purified.
